Monday May 25th

  • Memorial Day NO Lab hours
  • Homework: Research the projects and send an email to Trishan by Monday 5 pm, expressing your interest and qualifications. You should prioritize your choices (Gnome,OpenMRS, etc.). We may or may not be able to assign you to your first choice.

Tuesday

  • 9:00-11:00 AM Google Android Developer Tutorial
  • 11:00 AM Writing a Project Charter
  • 12:00 AM Lunch
  • 1:00 PM Writing Project Plans/Charters
    • Scope, Justification, Success metrics, deliverables, timeline.
  • 4:00 PM Review/Revision

Wednesday

  • 9:00 AM "Proper use of HTML/CSS" workshop by Sam DeFabbia-Kane and Eli Fox-Epstein
  • 11:00 AM
  • 2:00-3:00 PM Android Tutorial

Thursday

  • AM Group Project Assignments
  • 12 PM William Walker, Gnome A11y Project Presentation

Friday

  • HPL Hartford Learn Project (complete by Friday)
  • NYC VOAD EOC Application (Client meeting Tuesday 3:00pm)

JAVA Based

  • OpenMRS Bug fixing - new developer
  • OpenMRS Image Manipulation Module

Python Based

  • Develop a plan for modifications and enhancements

  • Identify existing bug reports and perform bug fixes

  • Get familiar with the POSIT architecture and framework
